How To Feed Yourself For Free I like to have full control over my budget. I don't currently eat for free because I can afford to pay to eat out at restaurants or buy whatever I want at home. But if I ran into financial problems, it sure is good to know that I can eat for free any time I want. I like that feeling. It is the feeling of being prepared. It is peace of mind. I also keep a year of storable food just for that same peace of mind, but storable food will always run out. Also, in today's climate of increased lawlessness, you never know when things might get so back that someone could steal your storable food. In those cases, it is nice to have the knowledge on how you can eat for free. I have tested the methods I discovered. I even purposefully ate for free for a solid eight months just to make sure that the methods absolutely worked. I had intended to test them for a whole year, but my will power broke down. Eating for free doesn't always mean eating exactly what you want. But it does mean eating nutritious meals that are healthy... and free. It means peace of mind knowing that you are prepared for the absolute worst. It means that if you get caught in a major problem while traveling and away from your food storage that you can still survive. I wrote up the methods I discovered in a short report.
